Greetings,
I hope everyone has
had a chance to take advantage of the unseasonably warm weather. We have
been getting ready for the 2007 golf season with planning events for
members and daily fee patrons. Please, stop by, call, or email us with any
ideas you may have for an event.
Don't forget to
purchase your membership before January 31st to receive a 5%
discount.
We have been very
busy construcing a building with three
hitting stalls for your use of the practice facility all year round. The
stalls will be heated this year with propane heaters. This facility will be
unique because there will be no mats to hit off of like other
facilities. The hitting surface will be an artifical
putting green and you can use your own tees if you wish to work on your
long game. Legacy Hills will be offering a thirty day range pass for
$70.00 and that includes all the balls you wish to hit. Also, we will have
a special for $110.00 and you will receive a one hour lesson with Mat Blair
plus the thirty day range pass.
Lessons will be
offered all year round at Legacy Hills so if you think it is time to
improve your game you can start now. Call the pro shop to schedule a
lesson.
PRO SHOP NEWS
The golf shop is
offering unbelievable deals to prepare for the new merchandise. The Legacy
Hills Golf Shop will be offering a launch monitor this year to best fit
your equipment to your game.
The LaPorte City Tournament sponsored by Horizon Bank will
be earlier this year with the qualifying on July 14th at Legacy Hills and
the Championship Match on July 22nd at Legacy Hills. Mark those dates on
your calendar, so you can join in the competition.
Please remember to
sign up for the Men's Club and Ladies League. We also have four road trips
planned for 2007. With trips to Stonehenge in May, The Warren Course in
June, TBA in July, and Tippicanoe CC in
